Here’s how I work:

I offer:

• Dog walking (solo or group)

• Dog training (basic obedience, behaviour work, etc.)

• Pet sitting (in-home / visits / overnight care)

I do not offer:

• Veterinary services

• Emergency medical treatment (beyond basic first aid if applicable)

• Grooming services

What Anna Clare is responsible for

• Anna Clare Professsional Dog Training holds applicable insurance and qualifications

• Ensuring security of the property and responsibility key handling in the case of pet sitting

What you agree to when you book me.

• Anna Clare may refuse or end service if a dog is dangerous

• Dogs may be muzzled, leashed, or separated if needed

• Anna Clare has zero liability for incidents caused by undisclosed behaviour issues

• 50% payment required to confirm your booking, remainder due prior to service commencing

• Dog must be up to date with vaccinations and provide proof for group classes

• The client understands that any cancellations that occur within a 24-hour period without a veterinary certificate will be billed at the full rate (bereavement or crisis reasoning at the discretion of Anna Clare).

• In any event where it is necessary, the client consents to Anna Clare performing first aid on the pet.

• In any event where it is necessary, the client consents to Anna Clare transporting the pet to a veterinary clinic, where the veterinary care is at the cost of the client. Client is responsible for all vet costs including any upfront costs.

• You are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and history and have disclosed all known behavioural issues (aggression, fear, reactivity, etc.)

• In the case of pet sitting Anna Clare is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Security failures (locks, gates, alarms)

  • Loss or damage unrelated to her negligence

• The client agrees to indemnify Anna Clare or release them of all legal, financial, and any other liability that includes their agents, employees, successors and assigns, respective heirs, from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, causes of action or suits of any kind or nature what so ever, which have or may hereafter have, arising out of or in any way relating to any and all injuries and damages of any and every kind, to person, pet and property, and also any and all injuries that may develop in the future, as a result of or in any way relating to the clients engagement with Anna Clare.

• You understand Dog training, walking, and socialisation involve inherent risks. Risks include but are not limited to: Dog fights or bites, Injury to dogs or humans, Escape or running away, Stress or behavioural reactions, Injury from environment (roads, parks, other animals)

• Client gives permission to take photos/videos for:

  • Training updates

  • Marketing/social media

Even with professional care and insurance, these risks cannot be fully eliminated. By booking services, you agree and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, waiver and release of liability.
